Based in Canberra, with a warehouse in Sydney, we have been importing a wide range of goods from China since 2009. We sell these products to retailers, wholesalers and directly to the public.
While we have an online shop, you won’t find all our products online. This is because some of them are only available through retail outlets. We also source products directly for business customers. If you are looking for something you can’t find on our site, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Our services include product sourcing, importing assistance and exporting assistance.
Graham is the driving force behind QPS Importers. He travels to China regularly to source new products, to oversee quality control and to visit suppliers. Kathy helps him part-time with marketing and the website. Kathy enjoys visiting China with Graham and attending trade shows in Australia and overseas.

About the photo
I took Kathy sightseeing to Zhongshan Park on one of our visits to Xiamen. We came across the globe and saw that the side with Australia on it was facing the sun. Kathy immediately had the camera out and I was under orders to pose. Our fellow tourists waited patiently while we took the photo. They were a little puzzled, as they were getting their photos taken with the eagles rather than between them. We pointed to ourselves “Ao da li ya ren” and then to “Ao da li ya” on the map, which had them smiling and nodding.

How will I know when and where to collect my goods?
You will receive a pickup appointment confirmation email from QPS once your goods are ready and your payment is cleared. Information about where to pickup your goods will be provided in this email.
What do you need to bring?
You will need to present a copy of your pickup appointment confirmation email, printed or on your mobile, along with ID matching the authorised person’s details as listed in the confirmation email. Photo ID (driver’s licence, passport or photo id) will be required in order to receive your purchased goods.
Can someone else pick up my goods for me?
Yes they can. They will need a copy of your pickup appointment confirmation email, printed or on their mobile, along with their own photo ID.
What happens if I miss my pickup appointment?
Please call to schedule another pickup time or to make alternative delivery arrangements.
